Still no Garret! I am getting pretty impatient to say the least but I know he will be coming soon. I had my first weekly doctors appointment on Monday with yet again a new doctor. This one seems to know what he is doing unlike the last one. I was measuring at exactly what I should have been, which was 36 cm. When I went the time before, the other doctor said I was 32 cm. There was only a two week gap in between the two so my belly couldn't have grown that much.
Anyway, the doctor said that everything was looking great. My blood pressure was looking good along with my weight. I have gained almost 30lbs since I got pregnant, which isn't bad. He also did the Group B strep test. It was really weird because Bryan was in the room with me. To say the least, he was a little uncomfortable. He is going to have to get over that seeing as how is going to be in the delivery room...lol!
I can't wait for Garret to come out. I am getting so uncomfortable! I have been having Braxton Hicks like crazy and I am not sleeping well at all. I am guessing that the doctor will start checking for dialation at my next appointment on Monday. I am kind of eager to see if anything is happening yet.

Yeah for an intelligent doctor! That's always helpful :-)
I think the exams are a bit more uncomfortable for the guys then actually delivering the baby, but then they insist on examining you several times when you're in labor (not comfortable at all).
How's your birth plan coming along? It's helpful if you can get a doc to sign it even if he/she won't be the one in the delivery room
