Going Home After Almost 7 Months!

We are going home for an 11 day vacation after being here in North Carolina for almost seven months!

We have many people wanting to do things with us and many other family plans. Next Sunday we are having my baby shower. We don't know the gender of the baby yet, so everything has to be unisex. Plus, we can't get very many big things due to the fact that we are driving my car home. The Buick does have a lot of trunk space but we have so much stuff to take and bring home. As of now, we are bringing a crib, changing table, car seat. and my grandparents bought us a big gift that will fit in somewhere. We also have all of the things we are taking with us (i.e. Roxy, dog food, cooler, suitcases, pillows, and little other odds and ends that we will need).

This is going to be Roxy's first very long car ride. She usually throws up in the car, but we are only going to feed her the night before and only little hand fulls every other stop or so. My family loved seeing her while they were here. They fell in love with her and can't wait till we bring her home.

Change of subject, I went to the beach with my friend Liz on Saturday. It was pretty nice until I got home and Bryan said that I had a sunburn on my back. I was positive that I had put sun block on very liberally and made sure I got it everywhere, but obviously I did not. It is a second degree burn, so it should blister and peel soon.

Well, Bryan is going to leave for work in an hour or so, so I am going to get off of here and spend some time with him before he goes.
