Very Long Time, No Blog

This is my first time back on here in more than a month! Our laptop went down more than a month ago and the computer my dad gave us wouldn't let us on the internet. Long story short, we got a new printer and computer. Here are some updates to catch everyone up.

We went home for eleven days back in June. We left on June 5th at about 12:30 in the afternoon and got back to North Carolina on June 16th. We took our puppy Roxy home with us who was quite concerned we were going to leave her there. While we were home, my mom and grandma threw me a baby shower. The turnout was great. We got a lot of the things we needed and we had a lot of fun. We also went to the zoo with Jarred and Cassie and we took my little brother Heath along with us. We enjoyed our trip home and seeing everyone while we were there.

We found out on July 3rd, that we are going to have a little boy. Bryan decided to name him Garret Alan. We were planning on naming him Cale, but Bryan looked it up in a baby book and the meaning of the name was unusual. Bryan then went through most of the boy names and came up with Garret which means brave.

On July 7th, we headed to Maryland to visit Bryan's sister Kim and her family. It was nice seeing them all again. On Monday, we went to Washington D.C. to see some of the sites. It turns out that we weren't the only ones. There were a ton of people at each site. It was so packed near the Mall area (the area where most of the monuments and memorials are) that it was very hard to find a place to park. The next day, we just kind of rested and went to the swimming pool on base.
Then on Wednesday, it was time to leave.

I just loaded 160 pictures onto my computer last night from all of the things I just mentioned and the majority of them are on myspace. Go check'em out and leave me some comments!
